Milenial sekarang ini menuntut semua orang untuk dapat bergerak cepat dan
bekerja dengan cepat. Bahkan semua kebutuhan diharapkan bisa didapat dan
disajikan secara instan. Tidak ketinggalan kegiatan yang sering dilakukan di
dapur oleh semua orang, yaitu memasak nasi. Berikut ini saya akan membagikan
tips kepada para pembaca mengenai cara memasak nasi supaya cepat matang.
Apalagi dalam kondisi lapar dan ternyata nasi belum dimasak, tips cara memasak
nasi supaya cepat matang ini sangat cocok diterapkan.
Tips Pertama,
Memasak
nasi menggunakan Rice Cooker (Penanak Nasi) pasti membutuhkan panas yang
bersumber dari arus listrik. Memasak nasi secara logika ialah proses pemindahan
panas dari api ke campuran beras dan air menggunakan media panci. Maka supaya
nasi yang kamu masak cepat matang, pastikan rice cooker tetap menyala pada saat
kamu mencuci panci dan mencuci beras. Hal ini dilakukan supaya pada saat mulai
memasak, arus listrik tidak harus memanaskan rice cooker terlebih dahulu baru
kemudian memanaskan panci. Ketika rice cooker sudah panas maka arus listrik
akan langsung menghasilkan panas untuk memanaskan panci dan beras sehingga
proses menuju matang tidak lagi memakan waktu seperti biasanya.
Tips Kedua,
Sesuai
dengan logika memasak nasi ialah proses pemindahan panas dari api ke campuran
beras dan air menggunakan media panci, maka kamu juga bisa memanfaatkan media
pemanas lain yang lebih cepat prosesnya. Kompor gas merupakan salah satunya.
Proses pemanasan panci apabila dilakukan oleh kompor gas akan lebih cepat jika
dibangingkan dengan menggunakan arus listrik.
Setelah
kamu selesai mencuci beras, maka terlebih dahulu kamu panaskan beras tersebut
di api kompor supaya proses memasak beras tersebut dapat terjadi lebih cepat.
Setelah 70 persen air yang ada telah mongering maka kamu dapat langsung
memindahkannya ke dalam rice cooker. Akan tetapi seperti tips yang pertama,
kamu juga harus memastikan bahwa rice cooker tetap dalam kondisi panas. Rice
cooker hanya tinggal melanjutkan proses pemasakan nasi hingga tanak dan proses
ini hanya membutuhkan waktu yang singkat.
